I'm kind of an Nvidia peasant, so I have no idea how good AMD GPUs are, but this one should be newer and better than the GTX960. If I follow the RX 480 build I will not have enough money for an SSD though. However, if I follow the GTX960 build, I will have just enough for an SSD.

RX 480 build:
PSU: Corsair VS550 550W KPC Bulk Edition
CPU: Intel Core i5-6400
Motherboard: ASUS B150M-A
RAM: Crucial DDR4 2133MHz 8GB (2x4GB)
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 480 XXX OC
Storage: Seagate Barracuda® 1TB

GTX960 build:
PSU: Corsair VS550 550W
CPU: Intel Core i5 6402P
Motherboard:Asus B150M-A
RAM: Kingston 8GB DDR4-2133 (2x4GB)
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX960 STRIX 4GB
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD + Seagate Barracuda® 1TB

Sooo, which one do you recommend?

The 1060 is gonna be way too expensive in my country though. Which PSU do u recommend then? Would a Cooler Master B500 - 500W do?

I'm in Denmark. But will the Cooler Master B500 be good enough?

You're giving up on GPU power to squeeze a ssd in the second build , apart from that they're identical

On a performance level the RX 480 will just plain decimate the 960 .

& no, if its a straight choice between a cm b series PSU or a corsair vs,stick with the corsair.

There's also a Corsair CX550M - 550W PSU, is this better than the VS550?

Alright, this is the build I've come up with:
Corsair CX550M, 550W PSU
Intel Core i5-6400, Socket-LGA1151
ASUS B150M-A, Socket-1151
Crucial DDR4 2133MHz 8GB (2x4GB)
XFX Radeon RX 480 XXX OC
Seagate Barracuda® 1TB
There wasn't enough money to squeeze in an SSD after all, but I think it'll be fine.

I could almost get a 120 GB HyperX Fury SSD if I switched the i5 out with that i3, but I personally don't think it would be worth it, also it goes a little over my budget.
