Agreed, if you're going to switch to Intel, a Skylake build will not only be roughly the same cost as a Haswell build, but will last you longer.

It all depends on your budget, though. If you're limited to 200 euros total, then even the Skylake i3 build @HIsgsz suggested is going to break your bank, as it swaps our your CPU/motherboard/RAM but leaves you with your old GPU (which is going to keep your performance down as well). If your budget is limited to 200 euros or less, for right now just go for a GPU upgrade. de.pcpartpicker.com is showing an R9 260X for around 120 euros, with a GTX 950 (another decent choice) running to 150 euros -- although, depending on your PSU, you may want to try to get one of the "75W" versions of the GTX...

Yes, you're going to have some struggles with that particular CPU. Depending on your board, see if you can pick up one of the Phenom II X4s, or better yet an FX chip (even the FX-6300 will drastically improve your performance).

That being said...there's definitely some room for improvement on your GPU. And unless you're going to drastically increase your resolution, you don't need a whole lot of GPU for it. Let's face it: you neither need nor want an R9 390X or R9 Fury, let alone a GTX 980Ti/1070/1080, because even with the latest CPU those GPUs are wasted at 1366x768 resolutions. Doesn't mean you can't get a better card that will not only improve your performance, but would also pair well with a new CPU (whether you stick with an AM3/AM3+ CPU or go for a full-system replacement).

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html:
-- yours is 17th on the hierarchy (18th if it's the DDR3 version)
-- Maxed-out recommendation for 720p play (which is about where you are) is the R7 360 (12th-tier), although it's a slightly downclocked version of the R7 260X (10th-tier) (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html#p2)

For an idea of how the R7 360/R7 260X would improve your performance:

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/613?vs=549 (6670 vs. 7850) -- couldn't find the 6570, but the 6670 is probably close (& only 1 tier up)

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1076?vs=1044 (7850 vs. R7 260X)

Beyond that, you probably don't need too much more GPU horsepower...but if you really wanted to go higher (or at least be somewhat ready for an upgrade to 1080p resolutions on your monitor), you've got some other possibilities:
-- GTX 950 is the 'current' "playable" recommendation
-- GTX 970 is the 'current' maxed-out recommendation, but you could also go for the new RX 480 (which is slightly cheaper)
-- GTX 960 is

They're like a lot of the GTX 750Tis, where they don't need a separate PCIe power connector (ideal for lower-power or lower-quality PSUs, especially non-modular ones without PCIe power connectors), although the only model it listed was about 170 euros.
