No display port, VGA port, Hdmi port, on motherboard and one pci x1 slot how do I get graphics if a pci x1 card wont fit!

My friend received a server from his cousin and it is in very good shape. The only thing with it was it didn't have a hard drive or anything to plug into a display. I have a spare hard drive and a spare graphics card but the graphics card wont fit in the case nor will any graphics card and it only has one pci x1 slot. The cousins instructions was to do something called a no head start and use a graphics card to start it up but i do not understand this if no graphics card would ever fit on this small motherboard and in this small case. Is there any way to start up this server and remotely control it or will the bios not start up due to no display output detected. By the way when I start it up the power button flashes. My friend can not contact his cousin for a while to due to his phone breaking and him not knowing there phone number.

I made this username A while back but I have discovered the type of server. It is a intel ss4200 storage server. Now my problem is I need the operating system that came with it I can find it no where. The only thing I can find is firmware updates but I need the iso for it so I can install it on a flash drive. I have installed freeNAS on it which is cool that it works but I want the intel software that it came with.
