Buy r9 390 or wait for GTX 1060

What is better for cost and future proof.
R9 390 has 8GB memory, but high power need(I don't care)
GTX 1060 has 6GB.
I don't know what is better.
cost is vary important to me.
My target is Full HD display.
What about 970? it is cheaper than 390 of course. is it worth to buy r9 390? for extra 4 GB Video memory and a few FPS.

If the 1060 is around 980, it won't be enough for 1440p, which is 1070 territory. So its ideal for 1080p ultra and can maintain 60fps as games her more demanding. Its not a waste at 1080p - that's it's target.
