What are recommended fan speeds at certain degrees?

I just build a new PC with the following parts that concern this matter:

Intel i7 6700K
MSI Z170A Pro Gaming Carbon
NZXT H440 case
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3

The case comes with 3 intake fans, 1 exhaust in the back. I have the fans connected to a PWM hub in the back and connected that PWM hub to my CPU2 connector on the motherboard to gain some control over the fans instead of letting it blow at full speed constantly.

Now I have MSI Command Center to set the speed of these 4 fans as well as my seperate CPU fan speed.

If I let MSI Command Center manually control the fans. They set my fan speed the following (it's not EXACTLY like this but somewhere near these numbers).:

0-40 degrees: 20% fan speed
40-55 degrees: 20% - 35% fan speed
55-70 degrees: 35% - 60% fan speed
70-100 degrees: 60% - 85% fan speed

I obviously wanna keep my case nice and quiet... but at the same time I feel 30-34 degrees on idle with a Dark Rock Pro 3 isn't that impressive. Are these fan speeds any good or is just too low like I think it is?

Thanks for the support guys! :)

well I really recommend full fan speed by 70c. having 40c(104) as the beginning of the ramp up though I run the bring the start ramping up at 37C is fine though just adjust it to where you hit 100% by 70c (158 F) it depends on the fans how fast they ramp up to how you set the middle area. try playing games and messing with it to your pref. slower ramp up means less noise, faster ramp up will keep the cpu at a lower temp overall.

FYI this is my personal view before the haters come on to me
