I have a Foxconn G31MXP-K with a core2duo e8400 OC'ed at 3.5GHz and I'm going to OC it to 4GHz(Considering a supreme aftermarket hsf) once i had that GTX 750ti. And also a 2x2Gb RAM OC'ed to 1000Mhz. With a 500W generic psu. I don't care much about the power consumption of the whole computer.
