I built a PC about 3 years ago, and it seems like its breaking down so I wanted to ask you guys if this was a good build. I Use my PC mainly for gaming and internet browsing/Mild Drawing. I Am not the most knowledgeable about building PCS and have issue with overheating on my previous 2 PC builds. I used AMD my previous 2 builds, So I figured I'd try Intel. I just wanted to know if most of these parts are compatible/Would be good. Is liquid cooling necessary? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
You need DDR3-1600 for that CPU. You can not use DDR4.
You do not need a Z97 motherboard with a non-k CPU (unless you want SLI in the future). An H97 motherboard is ideal for it.
GPU, PSU, SSD are fine.
No opinion on the case.
