I started to have random frame drops yesterday for no apparent reason, I tried to update my AMD drivers to the new one (16.7.2), but I'm still having this problem. The loss can reach around 100fps on CS:GO
Specs:

Corsair CX750 (Power Supply)

I had this problem before but I've fixed it by disabling turbo core using the AMD Overdrive, but now it still drops even with the turbo core disabled...

Solution
The the only REAL solutions would be to get a better motherboard or disable turbo and downclock your cpu. Are you using the stock cooler? You could potentially help the situation by adding a fan or two blowing directly onto the motherboard. It's not going to make a huge difference though.

Your psu is probably fine for now.

What motherboard are you using? Was there ever a time when it all worked perfectly?

For starters, your psu is not very good and could be causing issues. If it used to work fine before, but now doesn't, that would be an indicator of a psu issue.

But from what you have described, it sounds like thermal throttling of your pcu by your motherboard. Chances are pretty high that your motherboard is not very good.

Yeah I agree with CTurbo. It really sounds like a power issue to me. I've had an EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze die on me before and cause similar results on the way out.

Also, what motherboard are you using in your build? I do not see it listed in any of the pictures above.

Oh I'm sorry for forgetting the motherboard, it is a GigaByte AMD AM3/AM3+ DDR3 GA-970A-DS3P

Was there ever a time when it all worked perfectly?
Well, besides the turbo core problem that occurs since I've mounted the computer, everything worked fine.

Why it could be a PSU issue? Ain't 750w enough for my build? D:

Is there any workaround to fix this problem? Hardware in my country is very expensive and there is no way I could change my motherboard for a while.

Not at all, like I said before I always had the problem with the turbo core thing. Besides that, everything worked fine like I have already said.

The second problem is that AMD Overdrive doesn't open, it gets stuck in the initializing screen(yes, I've tried to reinstall it and tried different versions) and I already have an additional fan on the side of my CPU.

I've also perceived that downgrading my AMD drivers to pre-crimson have softened the frame drops, but with a framerate cost. Before it was around 150~160 with frequent drops to 25~30 and now it's around 100~110 with not-so-frequent drops to 40~45...

Can you help me with the Overdrive issue or its better to create a different post?
