New built pc wont turn on

I build a pc but when i press the on botton nothing happens no fans spin and theres no light, i think the problem is the Mobo is doa

pc specs
EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W
Deepcool TESSERACT SW
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
GIGABYTE GA-F2A68HM-H FM2+ AMD
AMD Athlon X4 860k
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 DirectX 12
WD Blue 1TB

Please help i double checked all the wires , it just does not turn on
what should i double check again?

Your psu should have a 3 or 4 pin system fan plug that you plugged into the motherboard. Try unplugging it. If that doesn't work attach a picture of your pc
