fallout 4 start a new game problem

hey guys so i installed my fallout 4 many times and everytime i go to start the game it will load into the main menu but when i hit start a new game it will load with the loading simbol and then after about a minute the simbol will go away and i will just have a black screen and on time i had sound but all the other times ive tried when the black screen hit i would have no sound or game to play. please help and thanks in advance!

There should be when you first run the game a setup box that runs.
It should ask you to set a screen resolution and the graphical display level from low to ultra.

Set the screen resolution lower.

Or go into the game folder for fallout 4 in steam and edit the game .ini file setting the screen resolution in the text file to a lower resolution manually.

Save the changes.

Right click on the game launch Icon in the fallout 4 folder and select run as admin.

Yeah that still didn't work I still have the black screen
