Any way to function lock only specific function keys?

I recently got a new keyboard (Logitech K800) for my Windows 7 PC (my primary machine, also doubling as HTPC) to replace a Logitech Wave Pro (aging/sticking keys etc, it was time).

The old keyboard had a designated sleep/power key which I used a lot. The new keyboard has a function key for this attached to F8.

I generally use the default F1-F12 keys in their usual roles (Alt+F4 for example), so I don't want to function-lock the entire row.

Is there any way (maybe third party software?) to function lock only specific individual keys, for example just F8 in this case? I want to retain the usual roles for the other F keys.

Sorry for wordiness, thanks in advance for ideas.

Go to BIOS and there should be a setting allowing you to disable FN keys. Something like Action keys/Action mode.

No no, I just want to be able to hit F8 (which suspends my computer) without having to hold Fn. I don't want to enable the Fn lock, because I still want the rest of the F keys to have their normal function, and to hold Fn to use their secondary functions. It's just the F8 key I want to be able to hit without holding Fn to put my computer to sleep. So, I'm trying to find a way to Fn lock individual keys rather than all of the F keys.
