What should I upgrade first?

I have two PC parts that I would like to upgrade, my CPU and my GPU but I just want to know which one would be the best one to upgrade first.

My CPU is a FX 8320 @ 4.0
- I would like to go the Skylake route and upgrade to a i7 6700k.

My GPU is a R9 280 3gb
- I would like to upgrade to either a RX 480 8gb or a GTX 1060 6gb or even a GTX 1070 (most likely no)

Which part is the best one to upgrade first?

Yeah I already know that. I just wanted to see if upgrading the CPU (in general, I know I have to upgrade mobo, ram) first is better than upgrading the GPU first.

So I should upgrade cpu first? (including mobo + ram)

And then also the memory's to DDR4-1866/2133 @1.2V or DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V
for a motherboard with Intel chipset Z170 to fully support i7 6700k
