So I'm planning on building a computer with the specs coming later, but I'm wondering what my max stable overclock will be with my i5-6600K without changing anything but the multiplier. I don't really know the quality of the cooler that I'm planning on purchasing (it was recommended to me by another question thread and its one of the few that I know fit in my case), but I'd still hope to overclock the card to more than 4 GHz if possible. I've heard rumors from other threads, but I don't know whether their parts were contributing significantly to their build so I decided to see if I could get some guesses on my planned system.

Computer Specs:

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cryorig H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler
MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card
Corsair 100R Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Some power supply for however much power I end up needing

Solution
Will all depend on your individual 6600K Some might go to 4/4.2 others could go higher. All are individual - hence you hear the term silican lottery
