Hey all,
I'll try to keep this quick: Just upgraded my system, and when playing FPS games, it just doesn't look smooth when looking left and right/up and down...it's very frustrating, as I watch videos online where people's playing experience is so smooth(example: https://twitter.com/AMDRadeon/status/752891337096073216)...and I feel I have the components where I should be able to experience the same (my guess here is it's my monitor, but wanted some input).
Here's my setup:
intel i7-4770
32 gb ram
radeon 480 8gb (ref)
monitor: Asus vs239 (newegg link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236288)
(if more info needed let me know)
Even playing dated games on dated engines are never as smooth as I would hope they would be. (ex - fallout 4, skyrim...even Dishonored or Borderlands 2)
Everything just always seems like it's "clipping" on side scrolls, etc....is it my monitor just not being able to keep up?
Oh...and no, I don't try to run insane settings or anything like that...even if I run these type games on medium with low AA & AF, it doesn't seem to matter...
Appreciate any input...thanks a ton!
