Where did you plug the pump power cable into?

On CPU fan 3 pin port

The radiator fan should be plugged in here, so it can control the speed based on temperature. The pump should be plugged into another header, which you can then set to run 100% or full speed. Its important that the pump gets the power to run at full speed.

You can usually control the individual 3 pin headers in the bios or using the motherboards fan utility.
