And i would like to ask, if i could get, at least 60 fps on 720p (or even 1080p) with max settings on games like: TF2, CS:GO, GTA 5 or even Fallout 4, with these specs:
CPU: AMD FX-4320
CPU cooler: SilentiumPC Spartan 3 LT
GPU: XFX ATI Radeon 5770 1GB
RAM: 2x2gb ddr3 1333 mhz "desktop memory"
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P34 M-ATX AM3+
SSD: Kingston SSD 120GB SSDNow
HDD: 250GB SATA 3.5" WD Caviar Blue
PSU: Cooler Master 500W (yep, that is the name)
Case and LED strip does not matter...

-Total price is around 415 dollars.

Thanks for any response. Bye!

The graphics card here is quite poor, as is the CPU.

That CPU is outpaced by any recent intel i3 processor, and my HD 5770 can't manage 60fps in payday 2, so if you're looking to get 60fps in GTA5 or fallout4 you can forget it.

If you're looking to max out GTA5 at 1080p and get 60fps I would look at something like a GTX 960 or R9 380.
If you're willing to sacrifice a few of the graphics options you could easily get away with using a GTX 750ti or R9 370.
You'd also need at least 6/8Gb of RAM.

Games like TF2 and CS-GO are very light on resources and so should run acceptably on the hardware you've listed above.

If you were to upgrade your system you'd just need to change the CPU and Graphics card, your power supply should have no issues running an i3 with a 750ti.

I know that, but iam on a really tight budget (as i said 415 dollars) and i do not need to max out everything. If i wanted, i could play games as GTA 5, or Fallout 4 on medium to low settings on 720p. Aside that, core i3, as you said, (for example core i3 6100) is only really better in single core performance, apart the FX-4320, which has 4 cores. And, aim going to upgrade the cpu, later on to 8350. I mean, the 750ti is ok, but its like 150 dollars, and the 5770 is around 55 dollars. Aside that, 5770 is just enough, for my needs, which are: sometimes record some footage from games, like TF2, CS:GO or even CS:S and of course editing the footage. Anyways thank you for replying to me.
