So, Starting off,, My GTA 5 is HEAVILY modded. More than 30 add-on car, rigged ragdoll physics, 4k water, and so on and on. My game Crash unexpectedly. Well sometimes when i benchmark it to see when stuff crashes, I Always run into crashes when 1. 3-5 Star police chases(police spawn also modified to spawn unmarked cruiser and army) 2. Pure madness (Car cannon mod, RPG spam) What could be the problem? I DON'T use some junky laptop 10 years ago, It has 8GB RAM,GTX 960M, and i7 4750HQ. What is the problem? Thanks for replying ;) Cheers #PCMasterRace

Well, the problem could be in the coding for the mods, where conflicts only come into play when certain interactions occur.

First test you should do is try the same missions with "vanilla" GTA V (no mods loaded at all). If it doesn't crash, then there's a compatibility issue with 1 or more of the mods. From there, you'll have to test them out -- starting with each mod running by itself (i.e. test GTA V with only 1 mod at a time loaded), then start adding them one by one. Once you start getting the crashes, you'll get an idea of which mod combinations have issues.

If you get crashes when running "vanilla" GTA V, then the problem isn't the mods. At that point, make sure you install all patches (GPU drivers, game patches, etc.), &...

Hmmm.. The thing is it crashes mid game tho, Not when the game just loaded up. And I Could surely say all of the mods was working, its just when heavy shooting/chase/madness it stops working. When im just cruising in my old caprice down the chilliads, everything is fine xD. So Any other solution?

Nothing else that I can think of, usually the go-to (for me with modding Skyrim/Fallout) was to disable each mod to find the culprit. And if the mods were causing issues it wouldn't just start as soon as you start playing, it could be affected during a lot of action (such in your case). Only other thing I can think of is overheating but I doubt its causing the game crashes, usually thermal throttling would impact your FPS and worse case scenario would cause the system to shut down.

Hmmm... You two has some very solid points there... Except,,,,, Waiting for GTA 5's booting up isn't the best idea let alone trying each one of them. Still, I HAVE to try them each. Thanks for helping, Really appreciate it ;);)
