So I would like to ask community what do you think about my "gaming" pc build, which i would want to have. I want to know with you people if you can offer any better choices than this. Maybe you can recommend anything. So here it is:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4690K 3.5GHz 6MB LGA1150 BX80646I54690K
(on the internet it says still the best card for budget pc, and for gaming, also i can overclock it);

GPU: MSI GF GTX960 4GB GDDR5 PCIE GTX960GAMING4G
(Looks decent card for gaming, but offer me something else if u can);

Motherboard: Asrock Z97 Anniversary
(cheap and I can overclock ram);

RAM: Kingston 2x8GB DDR3 PC14900 CL10 DIMM HyperX Fury Red Series
(I am not sure if this ram is very good, also maybe 1 stick would be enough, but, i mean, 1stick cost about 30 euros, and 2 sticks 40 euros);

CPU FAN: Cooler Master HYPER TX3 EVO UNIVERSAL COOLER RR-TX3E-22PK-R1
(Just in case for overclocking, maybe I dont need it guys?);

SSD: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB SATA III MZ-75E500B/EU
(For OS and maybe i will place some games in it, but i dont know, maybe its too much? is there any difference having game in SSD ir HDD?)

HDD: Would choose western digital 1TB but i will skip this as i have 500 GB HDD from old pc, and currently, it will be enough for me.

PSU?: AeroCool KCAS ATX 2.3 600W AEROKCAS-600
(Now i am really confused here, i have no idea how much WATT do i need for this pc build, maybe any suggestions?)

Case: GTT Manhattan 830 ATX MANHATTAN830
(Just a cheap case, i dont need any special case, just a normal case to put all parts in)

So this is my pc build, at the moment this build is 850 euros, i would not want to hit more than this, I would really like to get any tips for this pc build or you can even offer me something else? I have 1080p monitor, 60hz. I would like to play games at maximum or just ALMOST maximum on stable 60 fps, and games i would like to play are GTA V, CS:GO, FarCry 4, H1Z1, Tom clancys division, heroes & general, European truck simulator 2, American truck simulator, (Most games i am interested in are open world which would require more VRAM. I would not want to make this pc Extremaly for gaming but, a little bit balanced as wel, for other stuff like some photoshop, CAD. So Looking for your opinions and suggestions! Thank you.

P.S. Maybe enyone had some problems with any of my listed components? And would like to offer choose something else? thanks!

Sorry about that, I didn't even notice I put an mATX board in! xD

Honestly, if you're looking for bang for the buck, overclockable processors actually aren't the way to go. If you want to save money, go for a non overclockable rig. This can shave off nearly 80-120 off of your system, and allow you to make room for other components. This first build sports a good CPU, and a great performing GPU. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/6p7dXH The second one features a somewhat better CPU, but sacrifices performance in terms of graphics. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/RQrLJV I'd recommend going with the first build, as it seems to be the best bang for the buck.

Hmm, thats interesting build, do you really think i should choose AMD Gpu? for the price it seems to be very good, but I am thinking maybe i will pay a bit more for nvidia GPU and so i will save money for electricity. As AMD graphic cards takes a lot of watt. Also, do I lose a lot of performance by choosing non overclockable CPU? (obviously, i will not need CPU cooler)
Sure i will try to add both of your build in my country shop cart, just to see how much all these components will cost here. Thanks for your opinion!

No problem, honestly Polaris is actually quite efficient and wouldn't be dragging in much if any extra power bills. You won't lose a lot of performance from a non-overclockable CPU, and overclocking would only draw in more power cost for a little extra performance. Not worth the money imo.

So i counted everything up: your first build would cost me 900 euros, and the second build 840 euros.

In your first build seems like that new amd card costs 350 in my country so this might be a reason for the high pc build price.

Second build seems about the same as my current build price, also that 380 gpu costs 220 euros. So yeah, I have no idea what to do now.

I'm not positive if the prices are the same where you are, but here's the best I can do.

This is the only PCPartPicker they had with Euros, so I'm not positive if its the same where you are. This has a stronger graphics card than ProfoundNoah's 2nd build, a more trusted PSU brand, and a nicer case.

Mine and his 1st build perform about the same. It all depends on which one of them looks better to you. They would both work fine and its really up to personal preference at this point.

Hmm, do you think i need cpu cooler for a non overclockable CPU ?
Also suggesting micro atx motherboard for atx case? i think normal atx motherboard would do well too, this build would cost me about 950 eur at max

Here's it with the edits, and yeah, the stock CPU cooler would make a lot of noise and be less effective without, so I'd keep the cooler in.
