Something has happened to my PC

I honestly don't know what is happening to my laptop. I'll just start from the very beginning. 2 months ago, I was playing games like CS:GO, FIFA 16, etc, at solid 60 fps (locked with vsync). It happens that now I get breaks and I play at 30-60 fps. It's really strange because my computer is less than 2 years old and it is quite good. Tried everything from getting a coolpad to cool the pc up (it is suppose to overheat and reach 93 degrees but I still wanted to buy a coolpad) to formating the computer or changing drivers. Nothing worked. Please answer back as I posted this issue in Nvidia's and MSI's forum and nobody answered me. Do you guys have any idea of what's going on? Maybe this can be helpful as well: I used to play Minecraft at 100 or more fps (uncapped) and now, even if I cap it, I get some lag. If I leave it uncapped, it stays around 70-90 fps. But if cap it at 60, it will go from 50 to 60 and that is frustrating because I bought this pc to play games at full 60 fps.

My specs:
GPU -> Nvidia GTX 850m
RAM -> 8 GB (4 GB + 4 GB <-- I bought these and inserted them when I bought the pc)
CPU -> Intel Core i5-4200H
Operative system -> Windows 8.1
The computer is MSI GE60 2PC Apache 214XES

Please answer me if you have any suggestions to get back to the old good performance.
UPDATE: I was trying to play Minecraft and I was using TeamSpeak and my pc suddenly turned off. The problem is I can't turn it back on. I am really panicking right now. I have tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked.

try this: Open any game you mentioned, open MSI After Burner or HWMonitor, play for a few minuted, till you have frame drops and post the results here like:

CPU temp
CPU Clock
GPU temp
GPU clock

maybe your laptop is throtlling, it is to hot when you are playing?
laptops need to be opened and cleaned, lot of dust can be stucked inside, when it happens your temp will rise and your pc will throtlle to prevent damage.

Yes, I know it throtlles when temps go too high, but I went to the store where I bought the pc and my pc can reach 94 degrees as the salesman told me. He also informed me that if I cleant the dust, I would lose the warranty of the pc.

Guys, I have an update to make. I was trying to play Minecraft and I was using TeamSpeak and my pc suddenly turned off. The problem is I can't turn it back on. I am really panicking right now. I have tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked.

Then take it back to the salesman and tell him to fix the issue under warranty if they say opening it to clean it out will void the warranty.
