So I was having problems with my PC, it was hard crashing during certain tasks, notably gaming and running antivirus scans. I initially thought the issue was with the GPU but one hour on Furmark hasn't caused any issues. I then ran OCCT stress test and it began to bring up errors with my CPU, sometimes even replicating the hard crashing I was getting most severely with games like Cities Skylines. I went out and bought and Identical CPU and ran he same stress test. Temps were around 68/69 and after 8 mins and 11s I got an error on core #1 and an immediate hard crash. This is maybe leading me to believe Its a Mobo issue.

(I have already swapped out ram and psu so Im inclined to believe these aren't the problems)

Anybody have any suggestions as to how I should proceed, thanks.

Solution
You asked how you should proceed, realistically the FX9xxx series is not worth the trouble.
I also mentioned the processor is overheating as well. If you really wish to keep the processor you need to assess your systems airflow, and adjust your H100i speeds

This isn't really very helpful. My system has worked fine for a year with no issues and is now doing this.
