I can barely use my computer because I can't play games or download anything because my ping is so high (cmd ping test shows 800-900 or request timed out) and my download speed is only 50-300 KB/s even though it's atleast 1-2 MB/s on other computers. My computer is connected to the router with an ethernet cable. The router is a Huawei B593. Can someone please help me with this because I have tried everything I know of and I'm getting frustrated.

I'm not sure what winsock is but I updated my driver yesterday and also checked for malmware yesterday and they were fine.

Winsock is a set of rules on how your network adapter connects using TCP/IP protocols. Sometimes this can become corrupt and cause problems, it will not hurt anything to reset it.

dos command as administrator: netsh winsock reset

Ok I will try that when i'm on the computer. I did some netsh flushdns and stuff like that but I didn't do winsock reset so maybe that's it. Also yesterday when I changed my ethernet cable to a different port on the router, the connection stabilised and the ping fell a bit (it's averaging 80-150 on google.com) but still the download speed is low.

I did what you said and now my ping average is 54ms but is it normal that it still had some spikes and it went to 261 once? And is it a problem that my optimal mtu is only 1044? I have done an mtu test and that's it.

You may want to run a netstat and see how many open connections you have and where they are connected. Make sure to close all browsers and anything else that may be running, slow turn things on to help find the culprit.

Ok, I found out that the ones with the same PID many times are google chrome and avast antivirus. I probably shouldn't end process on avast antivirus so what do i do with it? Thanks for helping me btw

I used pingplotter pro to ping a battlefield 4 server and the ping was ok until the 7th hop which is hls-b2-link.telia.net. After that everything that has telia.net in the name has over 160 ping. then after those the 12th hop is border4.ae2-bbnet2.fra002.pnap.net and that has 161 ms ping and then the last one is the server's ip. Round trip is 86 ms and there's no packet loss. Btw Telia Sonera is my network operator.
