Can I Run Games on 3 Monitors?

I currently have two monitors, one for gaming and one to the side for web browsing or whatever while I game. I'm thinking of getting a third and spanning the game across all three. I wondered if anyone here could tell me if I'd get decent frame rates (at least 60...) with my current build.

My custom build:

Corsair 750D case
MSI Z97 G45 Gaming MB
Corsair H100i cpu cooler
i5-4690 @ 3.50Ghz
16Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600
2 Asus STRIX GTX980 in SLI
Samsung 250Gb SSD for OS and games, 1Tb mechanical for storage
CX750M PSU
Benq XL2420G monitor
Benq XL2411Z monitor

Someone said I need to replace my PSU, so I've chosen the Corsair HX850i, 850 Watt
Plus I plan to upgrade the CPU to a Core I5-6600K 3.50 GHz, unless my current CPU is fine.

At 1080p you can definitely run 3 screens on those 2 cards. Definitely no need for a CPU upgrade that makes no difference.

That PSU is known for stability issues but if its working you are probably fine. If you do lose stability then I would replace it. Its juts not very stable, but not house fire quality.

That's a relief about the PSU. I've been sitting here waiting for it to burn my house down while I'm gaming lol. Probably replace it anyway, just to be sure.
I really would see no difference in upgrading the CPU?

You really would see minimal difference in gaming. Not enough to justify the expense at all. And the extra monitor does not need extra processing power.

Corsair CX are good basic PSU's but have stability problems when pushed hard. But they are still decent quality, so it would just fail, as opposed to blow up like a Raidmax or Chieftec.
