Does a graphics card and an M.2 exceed PCI lanes bandwith?

Hi

I am considering buying a new motherboard (intel 1151). I have a RD400 (M.2) from OCZ and a GTX 1080 that I will be using with the new motherboard. The card I am looking at is the Asus Z170M-PLUS. It has one PCI 3.0 port and a built in M.2 interface (PCI 4x with PCI 3.0).

My question is; will there be enough PCI lanes to power both the graphics card and the M.2 at the same time? (all CPUs for the 1151 socket only has 16 lanes), if not can you lock the graphics card to 8 lanes on the pci 3.0 port and would it be enough for the graphics card running on 8 lanes?

Solution
The M.2 PCI lanes come from the Z170 motherboard chips. The first (and second) graphics card slot(s) have the CPU PCIe lanes associated with them.
