Which Graphics Card

I would like to decide which graphics card ignoring cost.

4Gb EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+
or
4Gb MSI Nvida GeForce GTX 970 Twin Frozr

Actually, the two are not too much different in features, gpu is gpu.
Maybe just a little difference in the base clock.
MSI will come with backplates preinstalled. And EVGA has the highest core and boost clock speeds.
 
I'd be slightly more inclined to get the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G card because I previously owned it last year and loved it. However, as far as support, I'm not a fan of MSI. Their [strike]warranties [/strike] rebates are nearly impossible to claim. I'm a very patient person in my professional life. I once had to place 50 phone calls in an 8 hour period to Verizon Business, just to get a internet circuit repaired for a corporate client. My point is that I'm very patient, and MSI's rebate policy was so outrageous and unnecessarily complicated that even "I" gave up on claiming my $10 rebate. If you treasure hassle-free and quality customer service and tech support, then definitely go with the EVGA card.
