Cant use my wifi

im connected to the wifi on my phone but it wont let me load anything. Im on iphone 6 and ive never had this problem today. i have no idea what to do

What do you mean it won't let you load anything? Is it just safari or do other wifi enabled applications work?

it wont let me do either of those. its says im connected and it wont load. same goes for my xbox but not my pc thats hard wired. could this have something to do wiith it?

This is almost certainly a problem with your router's transmission of wireless signals.
Are you running on a 2.4GHz band or a 5GHz band?
(5GHz is typically used with a dual band router, there will be two connections available if it is a 5GHz connection)
Contact your ISP and ask them what wireless standard you are running on your current plan, and how you can improve connection.
They will explain the basics.
Different internet standards use different frequencies, meaning that things such as brick walls, microwave signals and wireless phones may interfere with your wireless connection if you have a certain standard.
Try using the wireless device while holding it in close proximity to the router and see if you have any connectivity problems.

What do you mean by you're not sure how to "get into the router"?
You just need to stand next to it and tell me if your phone can connect without interference from walls etc.
Contact comcast with your account and ask them what wireless standard you are using please.

Sorry, but i'm having trouble understanding your english.
So the wireless signal still isn't working without wall interference?
Contact comcast, its almost definitely a problem with your model of router or a faulty connection.
