This is the 3rd random question i have asked
so simple my pc is setup for a dual boot of windows 10 and 7 can i get a wireless xbox 360 control that works with windows 7 for usb or something or do i need a wired one or a xbox one control for windows 10 or a completely different brand control of the same style?

thanks in advance
and my control budget is 80$ as i need a custom skin for it for my setup unless its black and red and then ill pay 100$

will any of those work (windows 7 if possible) as i need a 12 button control

A wired xbox 360 controller should work with both Windows 7 and 10. If you want to go the wireless route, just make sure you pick up an official Microsoft wireless adapter for it; there are a lot of knockoffs, and those tend to have driver issues. In both cases, the Xbox 360 controllers will work just as well as the Xbox One's, while costing a bit less.

Vouch for this answer. Knockoffs for x360 controllers are awful wireless or wired.
