Hi All! May sound weird, but is it possible to build a good workstation for 3d Viz work, namely in 3ds max+vray+pshop? And what can the config be? In India, 1000USD=67000 INR, so thats a lot of money here

Solution
ok, so you save about 21k by using existing components; here is the udpated build

23,000 CPU: i7 6700 Skylake processor from Intel
07,000 Motherboard: B150 LGA 1151 socket from Gigabyte/AsRock
06,000 RAM: 8 GB X 2 = 16 GB 2133MHz C15 from Corsair/GSkill
05,000 SSD: 250 GB 2.5" internal solid state drive from Samsung/Crucial
23,000 GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 from Asus/Gigabyte (to be released shortly)
03,000 2.1 Speakers from Logitech
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
67,000 half-life's contemporary PC - partial

look, a good media editing PC generally costs around 90k and it generally has and a high end processor (i7) and graphics card (gtx 970/rx 480); how ever, i have tailored the specs to suit the budget and this one is good too

13,500 CPU: i5 6400 Skylake processor from Intel
05,500 Motherboard: H110 LGA 1151 socket from Gigabyte/AsRock
04,000 RAM: 4 GB X 2 = 8 GB 2133MHz C14 from Corsair/GSkill
05,000 SSD: 250 GB 2.5" internal solid state drive from Samsung/Crucial
15,000 GPU: Nvidia GTX 950 from Asus/Gigabyte
15,000 Monitor: 24" IPS LCD monitor from Asus/Dell (S series)
03,000 Case: Mid-tower ATX cabinet from Corsair (spec series)/Cooler Master (N series)
02,000 PSU: 80+ bronze certified 430 w psu from Corsair (CX series)/Antec
04,000 Keyboard, Mouse, WebCam, 2.1 Speakers from Logitech
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
67,000 half-life's contemporary PC
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

notes
- prices are indicative only
- the key components for a media editing pc are processor, display, graphics card and storage in that order

Thanks a ton, Half Life! Sorry, I forgot to mention one thing that I will be using my old Antek Case which has a corsair VS550W PS. Also, will be using current Monitor, KBD and Mouse too. So, any chance i can go for i7 and more RAM if we minus these from your above config?

Looks like a great config lekimen! Thanks!! However, is there an alternative to the Sapphire Radeon RX 480 card as it is 1.5 times costlier in India. Rest are more or less correctly priced.

Try a GTX 970 and R9 390, if that doesn't work, R9 380 or GTX 960. GTX 970 is best of these.
