Computer restarts constantly after installing new ram.

So i recently upgraded my ram. OK all well and good. But when i plugged everything back in. It just keeps resetting over and over again. I tried swapping to the old ram sticks. No change. I've tried every ram stick in every slot by it's self. Nothing. Any Ideas before i take it to a shop in the morning?

It won't even turn on. Just restarts and restarts and restarts.

1| It's proper etiquette to pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. Without it we'll be asking far too many questions and leaving a lot to guess work.

2| Can you please specify your previous and new ram specs? It could be possible the motherboard doesn't like the new change or the OS is moody(Windows 10).

3| Have you tried resetting the BIOS by removing the motherboard battery and replacing it after 15 minutes?

4| Are you sure you were grounded before you handled your computer and it's internals?
