I shut down/ restart my pc a lot, I'm always downloading things and changing things and do a lot of restarts/power offs and power ons as a result. Will restarting/Turning my pc on and off a few times a day kill my pc components? If so which ones, like will it affect my motherboard ram, and gpu or just my hdd (which is less important because it have backups and extra hdds). Also I rarely force shutdown, 99 percent of the time I properly shut down my pc, so will properly sharing down/ powering on and restarting my pc a lot (some days like 10 or more timesbut ussuly 3 or 4) hurt anything and if so what will it hurt...

Instead of Switching ur PC OFF better way it to put it on Stand by mode.
U'll resume at that point where u'd left off.
