So a friend of mine recently bought a new PC. I gave him some advice after he told me what he was looking for. His budget was around 1700$. I am pretty sure that the 1070 was out at the time. I think he could have afforded even a 1080, but here in Romania the GTX 1080 is almost 1000 dollars, so yea... But he could have bought a gtx 1070 easily.

I know the price on PCpartpicker says only 1300, but here there are different prices and the full system costed him around 1700$. I think I forgot to mention that he does not overclock the CPU, but he told me he wants to try to overclock the GPU.
In the near future I would like to buy a PC of my own, I will show you the build I intend to buy.
