Can a Logisys 550W PS550E12BK Run SLI?

I am helping my friend basically rebuild his prebuilt computer with some new parts and some of my old parts i sold him. One of the only things we havent changed is the PSU and i gave him 2 of my old ASUS GTX 660 2GB graphics cards. I realized that his PSU, the Logisys PS550E12BK only has one 6-pin power connector, i was wondering if we could just get a splitter for the 6-pin cable to connect it to both of the cards. Is the power supply powerful enough? i will put more specific specs below. Any help is appreciated, Thank you

Nope. NOPE. You should throw that PSU away, it's very bad. It's well worth to buy a better power supply, for the sake of your computer.

Actually it probably could run them, once.
After that it would most likely fry em along with no one knows what.

Logisys power supplies are only good to use as paperweights or doorstops.

Your components will be at risk running one.

Run SLI? I wouldn't use that power supply to run a colorful pinwheel.

Also that motherboard has no heatsinks on the VRM and shouldn't be running a 125w CPU.

Maybe the Logisys is a safety feature. It safely explodes the PC before too much stress can be placed on the CPU.

Tell him that his current setup is fine, so long as either his GPU is actually a Pop Tart or he's selling his PC to ISIS.

As i stated, i gave him my very old GPUs. i was more looking for helpful information

I don't think my recommendation on whether to use that power supply could possibly be any more clear.

so in terms of the PSU, is the manufacurer the issue? for instance, would this not be a problem with a PSU of the same wattage like a Corsair CX550M?

The CX550M , the Silver and Black model is decent and improved.
