Full RAM after playing

Hello. I have (for me) very interesting problem. After i play some games, my ram is FULL and it don't want to go down. The interesting part is, that I have 24GB of RAM. Does someone know, why is it happening, Because when I look into task manager and calculate it manually, it isn't even 15GB?
UPDATE
now i was playing war thunder (thats 500MB of ram space) Togehther with everything else it is about 6GB, but RAM is full again.

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? You should also go into BIOS and verify that all 24GB of your ram is visible.
3| How have you populated your ram slots to achieve 24GB of ram? It's either (2 to the power n) capacities or are you on an X58 platform?
