should I get unlocked cpu if i`m not into overclocking? and should I buy aftermarket cpu cooler like h110i if i`m not overclocking? Thanks!

No and no, no need for a water-cooled cpu that's not overcooked, and if you're not going to overclock you can save money on the cpu, cooler, and motherboard to buy things that aren't "oc tough" can get away with a bit cheaper psu as well
