Hey its like 90 out side in i have a window ac and a fan in a small bed room in my room but my computer is idle at 33c gpu 29c Also when i game temp goes too 42c max I have seen was 50c while gaming..

I have 5 Fans 2 on top blowing up one in back blowing out two in front blowing in.
In I use this is my CPU heat sink Cooler Master Hyper N520 Soon to upgrade my case so I can add my water cooling

I'm just amazed at the cooling when my cpu is over clock to 4.2 ghz while gaming

My GPU runs at 80c when gaming. All the time. I have no worries as those temps are fine for my GPU.

Your temps look fine. I would not worry about outside temps as you have an AC unit. Only the room temp matters.

Download a couple different temp programs (I like HWmonitor) and check your temps.
