Everything is wired correctly, my PSU works, but my PC won't turn on.

When I turn on my PC, all the fans spin for a second and then stop.

Specs:

Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHZ

Asrock G41C

EVGA 430 watt PSU

2GB DDR2 RAM

250GB SSD

360GB SSD

Do you have some other RAM to try? That board can take both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM.
