Hello! I am wondering what do I need to finish off my custom PC.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z170 Pro4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card
Case: Enermax ECA3280A-BL ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: I am pretty sure I do not need one, but I do want to get a legitimate copy of windows.
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN881ND PCI-Express x1 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter
Case Fan: Cooler Master SickleFlow 69.7 CFM 120mm Fan

What else do I need? Fan controller? Thermal compound? UPS?
Also, I wanted to ask if this PC would be a great one. (I'm an amateur)

Solution
You might want a keyboard and mouse if you don't already have them, as well as an operating system.

Some cpu coolers might not come with thermal compound (or just have a single-use pre-applied pad), but that Cryorig cooler apparently includes some (as mentioned in the Amazon questions and answers)

Also, I suggest you get a dual-channel memory kit (2x4GB). It's usually about the same price for a given amount of total memory at a given speed, but gives you better performance, since it effectively doubles the bandwidth.

@MauveCloud yea I already have a keyboard and mouse. Thanks for checking out the CPU cooler about the thermal paste, I appreciate it very much. And about the dual channel memory, I never knew that since this is my first time building a PC. Thank you very much. Do you think that PC build is good?

Um bro advice. Get a ssd for boot (primary) drive and a western digital hard drive. You'll thank me later.
Seagate drives have high failure rates which is why they're priced attractively cheap compared to the competition. Storage is what makes your computer a long-term investment so in case anything happens, you at least have a backup.
