Greetings, so I'm currently looking to upgrade a "budget" PC without spending too much money. I currently have a F2A68HM-HD2 motherboard and was wondering if the MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 was compatible with it.

I was also looking for a good processor that will be able to run Gaming on high/very high settings.

Here are my current specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. F2A68HM-HD2
Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (MSI)
RAM: 8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 801MHz

Solution
Yes, most modern motherboards will have a PCIE X16 slot. This allows all modern GPUs to fit in them. The processor you have is the most powerful that is compatible with your motherboard, and is a great fit for a GTX 960, although if possible to squeeze a few more frames per second in, I'd recommend an R9 380, for the same price.
Hope This Helps!
