Can these Specs Give me 30+ Fps in BF4,CODBO2,GTA 5 (Lowest Preset On 1600x900)

You'd be best served by dropping the GTS450 from that lineup since the APU you have is capable of about 40FPS at 1080p/720p with some details minimized. I'm not quite sure about GTA5 but COD won't suffer much.

FYI, if you go with 2400MHz ram's you're best pairing it with the APU since faster ram is better for the APU's iGPU. If you went with the dedicated GPU, the iGPU would be disabled.

Might I ask the rest of your system specs? If the answer was no what will you be capable of spending out on this system? In this day and age you'll be better served with an R9-270(x) if you wanted a dedicated GPU though like I said prior the iGPU on the APU is pretty capable of achieving the feats you want it to albeit with lowered details.
