Compare HD 7730 Saphire 2GB DDR5 vs Biostar GT 740 DDR5 1GB

I just want to know which card is better ?

I have : Core i5 3470S
4GBRam DDR3 1600mhz
Asrock H61Mvs3
PSU pure 450W

I think I would go with the GT 740. It has a higher clock speed, higher memory clock speed, and more render output processors. The only advantage the HD 7730 has is the lower wattage.
