Be Quiet Shadow Rock Slim in a corsair Spec-01 case?

Does anyone know if this will fit in my case? My current CPU (i7 4790k) gets about 85°C in BF4 and quite loud in other games, is this normal? Just seems a bit excessive. I'm on the stock cooler by the way.

That's normal under the stock cooler, and safe.

The inexpensive cooler of choice for midtowers is the Cryorig H7, which is generally shorter and outperforms most tower coolers in its price range. It has a height of 145mm above the board.

Been looking at the H7, and the only time it can be delivered here is in September. Do you know any alternatives to it? Thank you
