BSOD on new build, freeze whenever.

Hi guys
I have a problem with my new build, My pc has blue screen with messages( Whea_uncorrectable error) so i went on ome forum and do as they said...reinstall window, change power supply, cpu fan, hard drive , test cpu (PASS) but i can not solve the problem, BSOD and freeze occur even in Bios or usb boot. I also corrected the cpu , Ram voltage, change Ram frequency but it is still happening. I dont know what to do.

Here is my specs
I7 6700k
Ram corsair vengence lpx 16 gb ddr4 3200
MB: Msi z170a krait gaming 3
Watercooler corsair h110 v2
psu: corsair cx 750m

I am sorry i miss type,it freeze in bios mod, and bsod when i try to run window with usb or middle of installing window

If it freezes in the BIOS configuration menus, then the issue is very basic. The motherboard, the CPU or possibly the PSU is defective. Testing with a spare PSU is easy, but the CPU and motherboard require a RMA if the OP doesn't have another system to test the CPU
