GTX 660ti Artifacting problems

I've been getting pretty horrible artifacting for about a day now. It seems to happen whenever my card is under load while playing a game and I've had the drivers crash a few times too, but I've had artifacting during start up and also a couple of times while just idle.

I'm still getting normal temperatures (it's sitting on 23 Celsius right now and hovers at around 68-70 when I can manage to play a game) and I've tried updating to the newest drivers and even going back to older drivers which I'm using right now. I just cleaned my PC of dust to make sure it wasn't a heat issue and I double checked that all my power cables were in properly, but now I'm out of ideas.

The rest of my build:
Windows 8.1
Intel I7-3770K LGA1155
Asus P8Z77-V-LK Socket 1155
Corsair 8GB Vengeance (2x4GB)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660TI
Corsair CX-750M Modular 750 Watt PSU
Corsair Hydro Series H90 CPU Cooler

Honestly I wouldn't even know how to check my BIOS and mobo drivers or update them. I'm downloading the latest GPU drivers right now but as I said in my post I did have them installed earlier and there was no difference as far as I could tell. I've never overclocked my GPU or CPU.

I don't have a spare PSU, I could possibly borrow one but I'd probably have to wait about a week before I can get my hands on it.

As a side question, if my GPU is totally screwed would I be able to upgrade to say a 980 without really needing to update anything else in my build? I'd like to build a new PC soon but I don't have the money to do it right now.

I can, but not reasonably soon the same as the PSU. I'd have to use my brother's rig and he won't be home to let me in his place for about a week or so.

I'm considering getting a new card in a day or two and seeing how that goes. If it doesn't work I at least have one less part to buy for a new PC.

Nah it's out of warranty now unfortunately. No worries, hopefully getting a new GPU fixes this anyway. Thanks for all your help :)

Just coming back with a quick update. I upgraded to a 980 today and I've had no issues after about 4 hours of gaming, seems like the problem was my GPU dying. Thanks again for the help :)
