Which of these is the better graphics card?

They both have rebates right now that put them in my price range. I have heard that the 380x is better than the 960, but I wanted a community answer. I will be using a Intel core i5-6600k.
I would like to get around 60 fps on Bf4/hardline, Far Cry 4, maybe some COD.

380x is more powerful, at 150 thats a good deal.

I'd give a slight edge to the 380X -will run hotter and drivers can be iffy from AMD

Neither, i would get an rx 480, a much better option than last generation tech. Better power efficiency, better dx 12 support better overall power and preformance and neer technology. The rx 480 has gtx 970 preformance and is 199 (or 239 for the 8 gigs version) it's a no brainer.

If he could go to 199 he could get a much better card, that's my point. Also the rx 470 is a good option when it comes out.
