Running i5 4690k on Maximus VII Ranger with the current settings.
Bus: 107
Multiplier: 43
Ram: 16 Gig Corsair Vengeance @ 1998Mhz
Coolermaster Hyper TX3

I haven't touched any voltages in bios (left them on auto or adaptive), but when i open AI Suite it says the voltages are user defined, and cpu core is running at 1.325, and the cache is at 1.100.

Open hardware monitor is reporting a core voltage between 0.928 and 0.944 even with prime 95 running, and temps (in coretemp) don't go above 75.

System seems to be quite stable. Should i manually wind back the voltage or is it fine to leave it on its current settings?

Lastly, would there be room for improvement if it's not using the full 1.3 volts it says it is being supplied? I.e. a push to 4.8-5.0 keeping temps and stability in mind.

Or would the whole thing pretty much be an excercise in futility as even the witcher 3 maxed out uses about 45% cpu...

Solution
I would recommend setting the bus speed back to 100mhz, since higher busspeeds affect alot of other components than just the cpu, and then just turn the multiplier to 46. Your overclock seems good, with good temps aswell. But pushing your CPU beyond 4.6 will most likely not be worth much, since your CPU will produce alot more heat as you reach the limits.
