i was overlocking my cpu and ive got it stable at 4.1ghz 1.2625 voltage at 50C so i have a bit of headroom and i wanna know if i take it higher what should i keep the voltage at

Might be able to hit 4.4 - 4.5 GHz. with up to 1.4v.

Oh yeah, PSU power matters mostly with GPUs, power requirement raise for GPU matter most, for OC are just couple of %.

Keep check on VRM temps, that's where it's most vulnerable.

That depends on the quality of processor and so called "Silicone lottery" but judging by your results now, I'd say 1.325v would work. 1.5 is highest recommended voltage for those processors.
