Lately I've noticed that my cpu and my ram have been spiking upwards of 90% for programs that I used to run all the time. i.e I would play csgo with a stream on google chrome on the side completely fine; nowadays, it's either one or the other 
. From what I can tell my cpu runs at 68 C, but with that info I have no idea how to continue. I can provide more info if needed.
Specs are:
CPU: Intel i5 4440 3.1 GHz (No aftermarket fan, procrastinated that for two years)
RAM: 8 Gb of Ram
Graphics: Geforce GTX 750ti
And 1 TB Hard Drive. No SSD.
