I wanted to know if there's anything i can do to my router's configuration to make my online gaming experience more stable ( Mainly for CSGO official servers )

When I play i always have net_graph 1 on
( heres a screenshot of net graph its on the bottom right with the numbers and stuff ) http://i.imgur.com/eeBusCU.jpg

My problem is when playing on online matches, i experience frequent ping spikes combined with Loss and Choke and it's really irritating to play with. I have tried to contact my ISP ( PLDT ) they told me to disconnect the DSL from the splitter and reconnect it and it did nothing so they told me they will send a repair man to inspect the router but he hasn't come yet.

I have seen people using upstream QoS(?) because it is good for gaming but I don't know what that is and how to enable it so I came here for help since my last question was answered very well.

Solution
Looking at your router settings, you can do QoS adjustments. You would need to create a rule that would give your computers MAC address high priority. That way the router will give any traffic to and from your computer high priority, thus increasing your speeds.
