PC doesn't Boot, does not show any BIOS

whenever i turn on the computer, fans start, monitor starts but goes back to sleep as there is no BIOS,
a small LED indicator (orange) on the CPU shows about the HDD, its doen't light up and no BEEP sounds as well.
I've tried replacing the RAM it works fine.
and Motherboard is usually heated up always and computer makes sound while using even when idle.
sometimes it turn on, sometimes it don't,
not able to figure out the problem.
please help :)

Compaq Presario SG3730IL
Intel E2220 2.4 GHz
Motherboard: MS-7525 (BostonL) (MSI)
RAM: 2GB (2*(hynix PC2-6400 MB/sec))
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 210 (Asus)
ATA WDC WD3200AAJS-6 (WD-320GB)
 
Solution
From the age of your system it looks like the system is showing signs of age and it's imminent departure. Have you tried bread boarding your system's components? The sad fact to this issue is that you should be prepared to let go of your system should any part require replacement since you're almost walking into buying-a-new-system territory.

Remove your CMOS battery and replace it after 15 minutes with a fresh cell.
Try and remove your GPU and see if the system boots up when connected to the motherboard video connectors.
