My PC does not boot up sometimes after i leave it off for a while (CPU fan spins slowly but no lights on Keyboard and Mouse), but after i wait for 30 minutes or so, it works perfectly. I just had my motherboard repaired so its quite discomforting to be experiencing such an issue. I have tried replacing the GPU, RAM and the CMOS Battery but it didn't fix the problem. Also, every time it boots up, the BIOS gets reset.

Would like some help with this, thanks. :)

My PC Specs:

AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
Kingston HyperX FURY Memory - 8GB DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM
Nvidia Geforce GT 610 2GB DDR3
Cooler Master Thunder RS-500-ACAB-M3 500W SMPS

I am not sure but i think it was something related to the board's northbridge.
