Quite frustrating, was working flawlessly a couple days ago, after I had to go through a manual process to get it working. Just plugged in today, and now it's an unknown device and won't sync with controller.

Right click the device in device manager and select uninstall. Unplug the adapter and plug it back in and it should reinstall the correct driver.
