G Guilt Commendable Jul 16, 2016 2 0 1,510 Jul 16, 2016 #1 Quite frustrating, was working flawlessly a couple days ago, after I had to go through a manual process to get it working. Just plugged in today, and now it's an unknown device and won't sync with controller.

Solution K K krells Jul 16, 2016 Right click the device in device manager and select uninstall. Unplug the adapter and plug it back in and it should reinstall the correct driver.
